Rights to Content
All content in the Game, including software, graphics, sounds, and user-generated content, is owned or licensed by me. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights to any in-game content, including virtual items or currency.
You grant me a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use any content you submit or create within the Game for any purpose, including promotional use.

Virtual Currency and Items
The Game may offer virtual currency ("In-Game Currency") and items ("Virtual Items") for purchase. These are licensed for your use only and have no real-world value.

In-Game Currency and Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
I may modify or discontinue In-Game Currency or Virtual Items at any time without liability.
If your account is terminated or the Game is discontinued, you forfeit all In-Game Currency and Virtual Items.
User Responsibilities

Not harass other users or post offensive content.
Not share your account or login details.
Violations may result in account termination without refund.
Termination

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts, except as required by law

For purchases made through Google Play or the App Store, follow their respective refund policies.
